# Obtener nueva conversación

1. **Selecciona Intercom como tu app de origen** en el menú “Gears”. Haz clic en “Crear”.

2. **Escoge la conexión** que deseas usar y haz clic en “Continuar”.

3. **Elige “Obtener nueva conversación”** como tu acción y haz clic en “Crear”. GearPlug importará el último registro creado, o te pedirá crear uno.

GearPlug importará las conversaciones iniciadas mediante la aplicación en tu sitio web, no en tu cuenta de Intercom. Para crear la prueba, deberás iniciar una conversación en tu ventana de live chat.

4. **Verifica los datos importados** para asegurarte de que todo funciona correctamente. Haz clic en “OK” para terminar.

**Campos vacíos:** debajo del registro importado, verás un menú desplegable de “Campos Vacíos”. Acá, verás una lista de campos que puedes importar—pero que no usaste en tu registro.
