Get cancelled subscription

1. Select Hotmart as your source app under “New flow” in the “Gears” menu. Click “Create.”

1. Choose the connection you wish to use after clicking the red gear and click “Continue.”

1. Pick “Get cancelled subscription” as your action and click “Create.” GearPlug will show your webhook URL.

1. Register a new webhook with said URL in https://app.hotmart.com/tools/webhook. Make sure you pick your source action as your “Event to share” and the product you want to link, and save your webhook.

If you choose a different event from your source action, your Gear won’t work properly.

1. Send a test record when prompted by Hotmart. Review the imported data and click “OK” again to finish the setup.

Empty Fields: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in your record.
