# Target actions

Integrating Intercom as your source app lets you keep your records updated with information from other apps.

4 actions let you do this:

* **Create lead**: Creates leads.
* **Add tag to contact**: Adds tags to existing contacts.
* **Add note to contact**: Adds notes to existing contacts.
* **Create user**: Generates new users.
