# Create your Odoo CRM connection

**Oauth connection**: The first step is to install GearPlug in your account so that GearPlug may access the data.

### Set up access

1. **Head over to “My Apps”** at the top of your GearPlug interface.

2. **Select Odoo CRM** in the drop-down menu under “New connection” and click “Create.”

3. **Fill in the fields** with the necessary information and click “Continue” to finish setting up your connection.

The URL field is for the full URL of your database, up to “.com.” On the other hand, “Database” refers only to the domain (name) of your database.
