1. Select SugarCRM as your source app under “New flow” in the “Gears” menu. Then, click “Create.”

1. Choose the connection you want to use, or create a new one, after clicking the red gear. Click “Continue.”

1. Pick “New record created” as your action and the module from which you want to draw information. Click “Create.” Record a new entry in your chosen module within your CRM for GearPlug to test the action.

1. Review the data to make sure everything works properly. Click “OK” to finish setting up your source Plug.

Empty Fields: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in the form you used.
