# Create your Zoom connection

**Oauth connection**: The first step is to install GearPlug in your account so that GearPlug may access the data.

### Set up access

1. **Head over to “My Apps”** at the top of your GearPlug dashboard.

2. **Select Zoom** in the drop-down menu under “New connection.”

3. **Log into your Zoom account** and grant the necessary permissions to finish the setup. Make sure you check “Allow this app to use my shared access permissions.”

To uninstall GearPlug from your Zoom app, head over to this link: <https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed>. Find GearPlug among your installed apps and remove it.
