Create register
When creating a register, GearPlug can use data from other apps and use them to create new entries in Bitrix24. Right now, Bitrix24 allows 5 modules, each one with a different data template.
Deals.
Companies.
Contacts.
Leads.
Products.
Important: As a target, Bitrix24 only lets you use one module. If you want to integrate different modules, you must add a new target app, choose Bitrix24, and repeat the steps.
To create a new register, follow the steps below.
Select Bitrix24 as a target in your new workflow.
Pick the connection (Plug) you wish to use. If you donβt have a Plug for Bitrix24, you can create one under βCreate a connection.β
GearPlug will verify your connection works properly before moving on. If it doesnβt work, you wonβt be able to continue.
Choose βCreate registerβ and choose the module you wish to integrate.
Click the red gear to display the data template corresponding to the module.
Fill in the data template linking source and target fields. You do this by clicking on each field and choosing the corresponding option in the drop-down menu. You can leave the optional fields empty (not marked by a red asterisk).
If you donβt want to go through each field, you may use the search bar at the top. You can also filter required and optional fields.
Bitrix24 demands a second name for new contacts. If your source Plug doesnβt have this information, you can use any value (like a period) as a placeholder.
Click βMapβ once youβre done linking the fields. Automatically, GearPlug will import the test data you entered into your source app and register them in the Bitrix24 module. This may take a few minutes.
Click βAdd a targetβ or βSaveβ if you want to add another target app or save your gear, respectively.
Make sure you turn on your Gear on the βGearsβ menu before leaving GearPlug!
