Get new conversation
Select Intercom as your source app in the “Gears” menu. Click “Create.”
Choose the connection you want to use and click “Continue.”
Pick “Get new conversation” as your action and click “Create.” GearPlug will import the last record created, or ask to create a new one.
GearPlug will import conversations started via the app on your website, not your Intercom account. To create the test, you’ll have to start the conversation in your website’s live chat.
Verify the imported data to ensure everything is working. Click “OK” to finish.
Empty Fields: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in your record.
