Get new item
Select Notion as your source app, under “New flow,” on the “Gears” menu. Click “Create.”
Pick the connection you wish to use by clicking the red gear and click “Continue.”
Choose “Get new item” as your action and the database you want to use. Click “Create.”
GearPlug only works with database blocks in your Notion account. This includes worksheets, calendars, etc. If you don’t have this type of block in your board, the Gear won’t work.
Create a test record in your chosen database. GearPlug will import this data, so make sure everything works properly. Click “OK” to finish the setup.
Empty Fields: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in your record.
