Read new register

When adding a new register to Bitrix24, GearPlug can save and send it to other apps via your Gears. For the moment, Bitrix24 only allows 5 modules.

  • Deals.

  • Companies.

  • Contacts.

  • Leads.

  • Products.

Important: When using Bitrix24 as your source, you can only set up a module per Gear. If you want to integrate different modules, you’ll have to create more Gears. Remember that creating Plugs and Gears costs nothing—only transferring data.

To obtain new registers, you just have to follow these steps.

  1. Choose Bitrix24 as the source App in your new flow, in the “Gears” section.

  2. Choose the connection (Plug) you wish to use. If you don’t have a Bitrix24 Plug, you can create a new one under “Create a connection.”

GearPlug will verify your connection works properly before moving on. If it doesn’t work, you won’t be able to continue. We recommend you check out the Bitrix24 errors section to solve some of the problems.

  1. Choose “Read new register” and pick the module from which you want to extract the information. This will execute the connection’s trigger: the creation of a new register.

  1. GearPlug will import a register from Bitrix24 and the module you choose. For this, head over to your Bitrix24 account and create a new register under the module you selected. For instance, create a new contact if you chose the Contact module. You can copy an existing register.

  1. Click “OK” when GearPlug presents you the imported data.

Empty Fields: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in the form you used.

Done! Your source Plug is ready, and GearPlug will import all new registers afterward. Now, you’re free to set up your target Plugs.
