New record created
Select Zoho CRM as your source app under “New flow” in the “Gears” menu.
Choose the connection you want to use, or create a new one, after clicking the red gear. Click “Continue.”
Pick “New record created” as your action. Then, select the module from which you want to extract information, and click “Create.” GearPlug will ask for a test record.
Create a test record in your Zoho CRM account, inside the module you chose. Review the data imported by GearPlug and click “OK” to finish the setup.
Empty Fields: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in the form you used.
