Get new lead
Select Intercom as your source app in the “Gears” menu. Click “Create.”
Choose the connection you want to use and click “Continue.”
Pick “Get new lead” as your action and click “Create.” GearPlug will import the last record created, or ask to create a new one.
Verify the imported data to ensure everything is working. Click “OK” to finish.
Empty Fields: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in your record.
