Get form entries

1. Select Gravity Forms as your source App in the Gears menu, under “new flow” and click “Create.”

1. Choose the connection you want to use by clicking the red Gear. Click “Continue.”

1. Pick “Get form entries” as your action and the form you want to use in the drop-down menu. Click “Create.”

1. Create a test record in your live form so that GearPlug can import the data. Review the information and click “OK” to finish.

Empty Fields: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in your record.
