# Get form entries

1. **Select Gravity Forms** as your source App in the Gears menu, under “new flow” and click “Create.”

2. **Choose the connection** you want to use by clicking the red Gear. Click “Continue.”

3. **Pick “Get form entries”** as your action and the form you want to use in the drop-down menu. Click “Create.”

4. **Create a test record** in your live form so that GearPlug can import the data. Review the information and click “OK” to finish.

**Empty Fields**: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in your record.
