Add note to contact
Select Intercom as your target app, as well as the connection you want to use. Click “Continue.”
Choose “Add note to contact” as your action, the search field, and the update type for the action. Click “Continue” and the red gear to display the data template.
Fill in the data template, linking source and target fields. You must fill in both fields for the Gear to work. Click “Map” when you’re done.
Verify that your target is active in the top-right corner. Click “Add a target” to add more apps or “Save” to save your Gear.
Make sure you turn on your Gear before leaving GearPlug!
