# Get new contact

1. **Select Odoo CRM** as your source app on the “Gears” menu under “New flow.” Click “Create.”

2. **Pick the connection** you want to use, or create a new one, by clicking the red gear. Click “Continue.”

3. **Choose “Get new contact”** as your action and click “Create.” GearPlug will ask for a test record, so create one in your Odoo CRM account.

4. **Review the data** to make sure everything works properly. Click “OK” to finish setting up your source.

**Empty Fields**: Under the imported entry, you’ll find a drop-down menu for “Empty Fields.” Here, you’ll find a list of fields you can import—but weren’t used in the form you used.
